First Visit:
- Drain cover, clean and store
- Drain water bags
- Clean scum line
- Set up system
- Re-install all deck equipment
- Re-assemble filter and heater
- Test system for minor leaks
- Start to fill
Second Visit:
- Start up System
- Light vacuuming of entire pool
- Test and balance chemicals
- Adjust salt for salt water pools
Chemicals and parts are extra
2 – Standard Pool Opening

- Light vacuuming of entire pool
- Removal of deck equipment
- Lowering water to winterizing level
- Empty pipes and plug returns
- Drain all pool equipment and plug returns
- Balance chemicals
- Winterize skimmer
- Placing winter cover and water bags
4 – Standard Pool Closing

5 – Executive Weekly Maintenance

- Up to one hour on site
- Vacuum pool & skim surface
- Clean scum line & steps
- Backwash filter
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Test and balance chemicals
- Adjust salt for salt water pools
- Inspect equipment and notify of problems
